If you choose to have web portal access, we only grant firewall access to authorised sites and locations. This ensures that your conference system is stable and secure behind the right kind of security measures.
Our default conference pricing structure is a fixed monthly fee and that's it. Each caller into your conference pays there own call charges if there are any. You will never be charged any usage for your conference service. If callers have a call bundle including any 01 or 02 minutes, then it's free to them
If you would like to pay for participants, you can select our dedicated conference serice with an 0800 number. Calls to this are charged at 1.2p per minute from landlines, mobile costs vary.
