Free Internal & Site to Site Calls

Any calls made between two Saffwood phones are free of charge. This is achieved as we recognise these calls as internal rather than external.

If you have a larger office, or more than one site around the UK, calling between those extensions or different sites is totally free of charge.

This can help to dramatically reduce the charges you currently face, or would face, from a standard ISDN or analogue provider who would charge these as external calls.

To make a call to another extension, even if this is not in your building, you simply dial the extension number on the phone, ie: 011.
