Why is there a charge?
This is because we need to port your number from your current carrier (BT, Talk Talk, Virgin) to our VOIP network. The cost for doing this is very cheap compare to moving between analogue carriers (IE Talk Talk to BT) which is £109.99 on average
Is my phone line going to be turned off for any duration of time?No. Once your current supplier has accepted our request to move your number to Saffwood Communications, then on the day of transfer the changeover is instant.
Do I need to inform my old supplier?No. Once your number has been transferred to us, your account with your current supplier will automatically cease and you will receive a final bill.
