Once you have decided to have a phone system installed, you will need to consider who will be physically connecting your cabling.

A major advantage of Hosted VOIP telephony is that in many cases there is not a great deal to actually do, especially where you system is working of the existing cabling in your office.

Where work to install a system is required (major upgrades and new installations), Saffwood Communications has a nationwide reach of telephony network engineers. All our engineers are fully trained and install multiple systems on a weekly basis.

By using only qualified engineers, we can ensure that your installation is cost effective and quality focused. We’ll be able to order all your hardware and cabling as well as arrange a suitable time for our team to arrive on site. From here we will work quickly and effectively to ensure that your phone system is 100% active and tested before they leave site.

The cost of your installation will vary based on how many phones you are installing, whether your switch will be based in your office, or a comms’ room elsewhere in your building - even whether you are getting your network cables from us or self sourcing.

For an accurate quote, we will work with you to understand your requirements then put together a price based on your specific needs and circumstances. In most cases we will ask you to send us a couple of photographs of your premises (this can be done on a phone) and send them to us. This allows us to identify any obstacles at an early stage.
