We had ordered an ISDN30 phone system from another supplier before learning of Saffwood Communications. The supplier we had requested our ISDN30 from were overdue in delivering our lines and systems. This was severely effecting clients contacting us as we only had 1 analogue phone between the whole business over two floors.
Saffwood Communications were able to visit our site, assess what was required and deliver a solution which consisted of:
- 11 Softphones installed and tested
- 13 Direct dial phone numbers within our local area
- 2 inbound IVR’s to direct customers to the right person
From walking through the door, to having us trained and using the phones to take calls took less than 4 hours. Even though we were contracted to our ISDN30 supplier, Saffwood Communications still supported us for 2 months until this was installed. We have decided to keep 4 lines with Saffwood due to their great service.
Saffwood were polite, courteous and professional at all times and very reliable. The service that you offered was life saving for the business given that we were so badly let down by O2 at such short notice.
